What To Do When You're Stopped By Police - The ACLU & Elon James White

Know Anyone Who Thinks Racial Profiling Is Exaggerated? Watch This, And Tell Me When Your Jaw Drops.

This video clearly demonstrates how racist America is as a country and how far we have to go to become a country that is civilized and actually values equal justice. We must not rest until this goal is achieved. I do not want my great grandchildren to live in a country like we have today. I wish for them to live in a country where differences of race and culture are not ignored but valued as a part of what makes America great.

Trump Moves to End DACA and Calls on Congress to Act - The New York Times

As Donald Trump descended from the escalator in Trump tower, to announce his Presidential run, accompanied by his East European wife, who had worked illegally as a model upon her arrival in the United States. He then launched into a racist attack on Mexicans calling them criminals and rapists, The end of DOCA is not about immigration. It is part and parcel of his "wall" and Muslim Ban". Trump and his far right supporters are fighting against non White immigration. His words are familiar. This is a war against the browning of America. His father Fred Trump was arrested protesting Catholic immigration in a KKK hood in Queens in 1927.  We must see this act in the context of the far right agenda.  The attacks on voting rights. This is why Jeff Sessions was picked as Attorney General.  The Supreme Court upheld 1St Amendment protection for a racially defamatory patent "slant eyes" yesterday.  This harkens back to the 1880s and 1890s.  Human rights in America has gone through a series of Sisyphean cycles dating back to Bacon's 1676 rebellion, in whose aftermath "White Privilege" was created as a legal, property right.  Black Slavery was made permanent and Whites poor Whites (indentured servants) were given the right to buy land for the first time.  The cycle has turned progressive twice, during Reconstruction and during the Civil Rights Movement.  Now we are pushing against the rock as it rolls down the hill.  Andrew Jackson's painting looms behind Trump's White House desk.
