Know Anyone Who Thinks Racial Profiling Is Exaggerated? Watch This, And Tell Me When Your Jaw Drops.

This video clearly demonstrates how racist America is as a country and how far we have to go to become a country that is civilized and actually values equal justice. We must not rest until this goal is achieved. I do not want my great grandchildren to live in a country like we have today. I wish for them to live in a country where differences of race and culture are not ignored but valued as a part of what makes America great.

Fox News Abruptly Cuts Away From Giffords Vigil As Mourner Says ‘And I Say to You, Sarah Palin’

During a Fox News segment today, anchor Shep Smith tossed to a live shot of a vigil for critically wounded Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, and several seconds into it, as one mourner said “…and I say to you, Sarah Palin…” abruptly cut to a commercial. Sarah Palin, a Fox News contributor, has come under fire in the early aftermath of this mass shooting, as some are connecting it with her “crosshairs” ad from earlier this year.

Fox News editorial: WikiLeaks employees should be declared ‘enemy combatants’ | Raw Story
Leading the attack on whistleblower web site WikiLeaks, Fox News editorialist and former Bush-era US State Department official Christian Whiton said on Monday that the US should classify the proprietors of WikiLeaks as "enemy combatants," opening up the possibility of "non-judicial actions" against them.
"So far, the Obama administration appears to have been asleep at the wheel in responding to this," he wrote for FoxNews.com on Monday. "The same is true of the Democratic-controlled Congress, which has no fewer than ten committees of jurisdiction that could be doing something about this—but which are not."
He proposed a number of actions the US could take to shut down the secret-spilling site for good:
1. Indict Mr. Assange and his colleagues for espionage, regardless of whether he is presently in a U.S. jurisdiction, and ask our allies to do the same.
2. Explore opportunities for the president to designate WikiLeaks and its officers as enemy combatants, paving the way for non-judicial actions against them.

UPDATED: DGA files Ohio elections complaint against Fox News (The Daily Briefing)

UPDATED: DGA files Ohio elections complaint against Fox News (The Daily Briefing): "The Democratic Governors Association has filed a complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission against Fox News, saying former Fox News personality and GOP gubernatorial candidate John Kasich improperly benefited from an Aug. 18 appearance on Fox.
Fox News improperly ran Kasich's campaign Web address at the bottom of the screen for about 1 minute and 30 seconds during Kasich's appearance on the Bill O'Reilly show, an illegal in-kind contribution, the complaint says.
The compaint also says Kasich raised more than $21,000 from the appearance, citing a speech that Kasich made in Cincinnati on Aug. 21, where he reportedly said, 'The other night, I was on a show with a man who always gives you the last word, Bill O'Reilly. And I said, if you want to help my campaign, our campaign, and you have any extra nickels or pennies, send them to us in the next 21 hours, we received over $21,000.'
The complaint cited two apparent violations of Ohio law: A prohibited in-kind contribution in the form of free political advertising and failure to include a proper disclaimer for the political advertising. You can read the complaint here."
