Statement on New York Times Investigation PayPal describes how it was pressures by the U.S. government Department of State to withhold payments to the New York Times as a result of it publishing articles supplied by Wikileaks.  This governmental action is in direct violation of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in the Pentagon Papers case.
